
Exhibitor Information
Exhibit Fees
- Display Space: $150.00 per 5’ x 10’ space for the full three-day convention.
- Tables: $20.00 per table (one-time fee for the entire convention). These are rented tables. If you reserve a table you will be charged for it even if you decide to not use it.
Tables measure 96” x 24” and include black topping and skirting.
Setup & Teardown
- Exhibits may be set up on Monday, April 12, from 4:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m. or on Tuesday, April 8, beginning at 8:00 a.m.
- Exhibits must remain in place through the conclusion of the convention on Thursday evening.
Vendor Guidelines
- First-time vendors are welcome but must be supportive of the mission and goals of IHC.
- All new vendors must be approved by convention personnel.
- Per our contract with the Gatlinburg Convention Center, no food or drink may be sold or brought into the facility.
