• The fee for a display is $140.00 per 5×10 space for entire three-day convention.
  • Tables are available at $15.00 per table (one charge for the entire convention)
  • Each display should be set up on Monday, April 8th, from 4:00-10:30 pm or Tuesday, April 9th, beginning at 8:00 am. Exhibits must remain in place through the end of the convention on Thursday evening. 
  • New, first-time vendors are welcome but must be friendly to the goals of IHC and must be approved by the convention personnel.
  • Our contract with the Gatlinburg Convention Center does not allow food or drink to be sold or brought into the convention center.
